Keeps the kids quiet,winner in my book

its cute and works well. Very basic. To all reviewers who rated low because they didnt know how to clear the board: At first I didnt know how to clear the board either but its in the instructions. Just shake to clear. And to delete loaded boards just swipe left to reveal a red delete button.

This is a really nice chalkboard - I agree it would be great to have chalk noises but otherwise the chalk flow is smooth. Someone wanted a "new chalkboard" - if you want to erase everything, just shake to clear (note right when the app starts up). A nice to have addition would be a panel of saved chalkboards but children for whom this is intended wouldnt be interested in organizing their chalkboards and would probably shake to clear or use the sponge on large size.

Its really amazing app , but i think if you add chalk sound it will be better , and this make you feel like real

Cool app really like it (: but it would be better if there was an upgrade to fit the iPhone 5 screen. Also when I try to save something to my camera roll all I get is a black screen :/....

This app is really stinky because whenever you save the image or send the image to someone it turns out pitch black and "Ugly" I only like the app if you are going to just draw .

Thats the best part of writing on a board... Hearing the sound!! And whats this "load" upside down page that never loads anything?? Zero stars if I could...

This app is simplistic, but ultimately thats what makes it fun! This app is an effective one to use if youre "bord"! :-)

I finished a drawing and just as I was about to save it, I ever so slightly moved my iphone and the drawing was completely deleted with no undo option or way to get it back, Boo! Also the app is very basic, I was expecting more like more colors or sound effects or at least an undo option or a way to turn OFF the shake to delete option! I didnt even shake my phone, I moved it ever so slightly and it deleted my drawing before I could save it.

How do you record?

Clearly they didnt make it clear enough, but its easy to clear the screen, just shake it like its an Etch-a-sketch.

This is our favorite chalkboard app. Feels like the real thing - but it could use some minor sound effects. However, a MAJOR flaw is the "feature" for shaking to erase. An example: my 4-yo spent 10min drawing - huge amount of time when youre 4. She got up and ran to show me - drawing erased. You should be able to turn this feature off or at least undo it.

Ok, lets get started. I have a lot of problems with this app. iOS problems, writing problems and erasing problems. This is one of the hardest apps I have ever had to draw on. It takes to much time to go back and forth over and over again just to make something vivid enough to even see! Somebody has to fix all of this junk.

I homeschool my children and I use this app with them every day. Its perfect for practicing writing letters and numbers with my preschooler. My children enjoy drawing just for fun, too. They especially like that they can save their drawings and "re-play" them. Great app!

Simple fun. Great for toddlers and families with young kids. Adults can try to get creative too!
